www.nilibar.com is an Indian e-commerce platform for designer traditional wears. We aim to provide you with a hassle-free and wonderful shopping experience with us through the latest on-going trends. We also have our 58 years old flagship store namely, Nilibar located at 1st Floor, Surya Tower, Mall Road, Ludhiana, Punjab 141001. Where does Nilibar.com get its products from?

We have our in-house designers and renowned Indian based designers who provide us the magnificent collection.

Are your products authentic?

Undoubtedly yes! Nilibar.com is the certified e-commerce seller for all the merchandises available on our website. We provide 100% guarantee of authenticity of our products.

How do I place an order?

Select the garment first. Once you choose your garment, select the appropriate size from the drop-down list tap on "ADD TO BAG". You may also review your shopping bag by clicking on "SHOPPING BAG" in the top right corner of the page. If you wish to remove an item from your shopping bag, tap on the "X" to the right of the item. Once you are satisfied with your purchase, click on "CHECK OUT" for payment and shipping instructions. After submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from along with an invoice.

What modes of payment can I use?

Nilibar.com allows you to pay with both debit and credit cards. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Amex, Net banking etc. We keep your information and credit card numbers absolutely safe as we use the most secure gateway; India’s primary bank-AXIS bank.

Which size should I choose?

We provide you a link to an international size for your size queries. Please read the instructions instructed on measurement guide page so that you choose the size that best matches.

Please note that sizes may vary greatly from designer to designer. Size chat is made for your convenience. If you encounter any doubt feel free to contact us at support @nilibar.com.

Are the colors displayed on the website accurate?

We do, what we promise. We sell what we show. We have displayed colors of our products as accurately as possible. We do not take any responsibility of variations of the display of your screen or monitor. Minor variations may occur in the color of the fabric, dyes, prints or embroideries of the product image.

Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

Once you register with us, you will be able to enjoy all the benefits of sales and promotions. It is important to register and open an account before you place an order. This helps us to assist you as per your preferences.

How can I modify my account’s details?

Click on “edit” tab within the appropriate section you wish to update. You may alter your address, add multiple addresses, modify your measurements, change your credit card details and also can update your wish-list with ease.

How do I check the status of my order?

Log into your account first then click on My account and then select the “My Orders” tab.

Can I add items to an existing order?

Unluckily, it is not possible to add a new item to already submitted or processed order.

How do I cancel my order?

Cancellation of an order is subject to our approval. If you want to cancel your order, drop an e-mail at support@nilibar.com with your order's reference number. If your request is accepted we will refund your money right away. Please note that it may take 7-30 business days to get your money back in your account. Also, shipping charges shall be borne by the customer.

I am not satisfied with the garment that I have received. Can I return it?

On-demand customized order is final sale and not eligible for return. Please refer to our terms and conditions for further queries.

If I return something, will I get my money back?

If your item is eligible for a return we will refund your money in the form of an account credit for future purchase. Please refer to our terms and conditions for further queries.

Can I change the shipping destination once my order has been dispatched?

No, unfortunately, once your order has been dispatched you can't alter your shipping address. However, it is recommended to quickly send us an email with the order ID no. and can put up a request to do so. It's solely our decision to accept your request. Please check the delivery time mentioned on the products detail page carefully before placing an order.

Can my billing and shipping addresses be different?

Yes, your billing and shipping addresses can be dissimilar. Customers are requested to provide full addresses with the postal/Zip code.

The product I want is sold out. Can I still order it?

Sold out means the product is currently not available by the designer. We always work for the satisfaction of our customer. You can drop an email to us at support@nilibar.com and let us know your demand.

How long will it take for me to receive my garment(s)?

Processing time and delivery time of each garment are different. In stock garments should reach you within 10-12 business days and garments out of stock and custom orders can take up to 12 weeks to deliver.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, nilibar delivers its products internationally as well. Select your country from the drop-down list before checking out. If your country doesn't appear in the list please contact us at support@nilibar.com.

Will I have to pay duties and taxes?

Products prices displayed are exclusive of import and customs duties. Custom duties charges differ from country to country. For further details, you may contact your local customs border agency.

All the merchandises charges are inclusive of all the domestic taxes.

Do you also have a store location?

We have our 58 years old flagship store located at 1st Floor, Surya Tower, Mall Road, Ludhiana, Punjab 141001.

If a garment is in stock, can I pick it up from your store location?

Yes, you can pick any garment available in the stock from our Ludhiana store. If you would like to pick a garment from the store by yourself, please drop an email to us at support@nilibar.com to save the cost of shipping. But, if you have already ordered the garment online and you wish to pick it up on your own, then your shipping cost can’t be refunded.
